I especially like that I can use pre filled k-cups or fill my own! I've been mixing my decaf and caffeinated coffee grounds to get my desired and necessary half caf mixture. Imagine my surprise when I learned that k-cup half caf is available. March 21, 2016

Purchased a week ago to replace an old Keurig residential unit that served our 12-person office for 3 years before giving out, this commercial grade OfficePRO model K145 is just too loud to believe. The pump shakes the kitchen counter so much we had to place the coffee maker on a foam mat to keep it from vibrating onto the floor, and the sound is very annoying as it carries through the entire office. For about 30 seconds before each brew, the pump primes the heater reservoir. Then, for about 30 seconds after each brew, the pump primes the reservoir again. Both instances are incredibly loud and shaky. This unit is going back. We've subsequently purchased a larger unit, the OfficePRO K155. It costs about twice as much, but it's whisper quiet, holds more water, and allows us a wider range of brewing temperatures and cup sizes. February 22, 2016
